Pour the cocoa in a saucepan and heat to 80-85 °C while stirring.
Cut the marshmallows into small pieces – if they stick, you can dust them with a bit of powdered sugar.
Pour the hot cocoa into cups and add marshmallows. Enjoy while hot.
